Just returned from a wonderful experience attending Bill and Patty Sutherland's cooking school, Tuscan Women Cook, www.tuscanwomencook.com in Montefollonico, a beautiful hill town in southern Tuscany near Montepulicano. They are wonderful hosts and have developed a unique school where local women share their family recipes and techniques. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. If you are considering attending an Italian cooking school with a Tuscany emphasis I heartily reccomend this one.
