Ditto, here in the northeast. But when it rained Thursday night and Friday, and the temperature didn't get much past the 50s, I through together a batch and had home-made bread for my out-of-state guests Friday dinner. The terrific crust softened rather quickly in the humidity, but it was still delish (2/3 white flour and 1/3 semolina)! Geralyn
