I think they're yummy too. But I should post a warning: Pimm's No. 1 Cup is only 50 proof so it's tempting to gulp down a PC and then pour yourself another. I am not saying don't do it but I wouldn't make plans to do anything else afterwards.

OK, I am going to the corner fruit and veggie stand to buy a cucumber. It's hot; I am missing NOLA; it's time for the first Pimm's Cup of the summer.

Tangerita
1 oz Tequila
2 oz Tangerine juice
a splash of Triple Sec
Blend with some ice, and serve in a glass rimmed with salt& sugar
It is really yummy nutritious too

Well it's peach season in Arizona. So I'm making Bellinis. There is nothing in the world like a Bellini made with peaches you just juiced yourself.
