So, two days after returning home from our little roadtrip in the Southwest and I'm in acute withdrawal. "Red or Green?" isn't a question which ever comes up in Boston restaurants, so I'm on my own.

A little Google, and I came up with this wonderful listing of Everything Chile. Enjoy, and break out the Tums.

Amy, to add to your collection... here is a bit of chili humor that made the rounds of the joke emails a while ago, but I still find it hilarious: Chili Contest

Isn't that a great site, Amy? It's from NM State U, I've peeked around on that one for several years. There are some good, native New Mexican recipes at this site. And this site by Bueno Foods, the Baca family's food product company.

I hope you enjoyed your visit to my favorite state in the union! Smile
