Are you talking about Seadas ( my spelling) giant ravioli form sardegna that is fried and drizzled with honey? If so I will look up my recipe for you. they are soooo easy!

I called them a ravioli because the are two layers of pasta.. with a filling sealed in.. they are fried and then drizzled with honey.. right??? I will get the recipe for the dough for you.. I use a fresh provola.. and grated lemon rind and sugar just sprinkled on the slice now.. the original recipe mixes semola ( cream of wheat) with the cheese.. I like the pure cheese myself. and chestnut honey!!!
