I LOVE the L.A. Times Food Section!

Today's issue has a big article on the young chef who runs Mozza Restaurant, where several of our ST group have had GTGs.

I just finished reading the article on Matt Molina; it was beyond good.

Perhaps we will have to arrange an outing to Osteria Mozza when some of the furor dies down, tho I sense it will be hard to do even months from now.
