Well, that's a deep subject , and I have lots of favorites. Mojitos and margaritas made right, (meaning no mixes), Pimm's cups, a mint julep made with fine sippin' bourbon, and gin and tonic.
Since you opened with lyrics by Alabama's unofficial poet laureate, Mr. Buffett, I will give a recipe for one of my favorite warm weather tropical drinks - a Dafuskie Freeze.
3-4 whole strawberries, fresh or frozen 1 c. crushed ice 1 1/2 oz. rum 2 oz. orange juice 1 1/2 oz. cream of coconut
Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
Of course, you can adjust measurements and make more for a party.
And since some of us are dreaming of warm weather and far away places .....
I think about Paris when I'm high on red wine, I wish I could jump on a plane. And so many nights I just dream of the ocean, God I wish I was sailin' again. Jimmy Buffett

Well, if calories are no concern, I love a pina colada made with a bit of vanilla ice cream (Dad makes them well). Standard Margherita on the rocks with splash of grand marnier. Martini - safire, 3 olives.
When calories count , a diet coke with malibu rum.
And of course, the beverage of choice most nights wine - but there's nothing like a good beer every now and then too.

Ohhhh that sounds good Kim....Right now anyhting sounds good.
Wine lover here.. but i have a tremendous weakness for what our local pub calls a french lemonade... fresh lemonade.. grey goose.. chambord.. and grand marnier
of course i love anything with raspberries... the only reason i drink chambord.. hehe
Well, I am kind of hooked on Cinzano with a grapefruit frizzante and ice. Frizzante is some pseudo-italian fuzzy drink my local superstore sells - they have orange, lemon and grapefruit. I am totally addicted to the grapefruit - essentially its kind of like grapefruity tonic water - then I pour in the cinzano....its addictive...
Hmm lets see, this might be a long list: 1. A good Savignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio, this is what I drink most often. 2. Love Prosecco if I can find a good inexpensive one. 3. Vodka and Roses lime juice with a splash of tonic or soda, fab in the summer. 4. Vodka and grapefruit juice, better known as a greyhound in these parts. 5. A nice lager top, pint of Stella Artois with a splash of seven up or sprite on top, lovely...

1. Pilsner Urquell (Czech), or DAB (German) or EKSTRA (Lithuanian) beer.
2. Wine that evokes memories of our travels - I can get Chateau Val Joanis white & red wines in Ottawa - or I make my own at a local brew-by-you - Super Tuscan, Nobile de Montepulciano, Brunello. Or I just look at some of the bottles we have stored away - Valdipiatta Riserva, Vino Nobile de Boscarelli, Chateau La Canorgue. Or I go on recommendations - my brother is enthusiatic about wines from the Mendoza region of Argentina.
3. Kir - have it with friends before dinner.
No hard liquor - although I used to have a fondness of single-malt Scotch.
I'm a relative lightweight in this category, but after living in Portland, I became quite fond of beer. Since I no longer drink "to get drunk," I've learned to try new ones and appreciate different flavors. Don't get me wrong, I'm no expert or beer snob, but I do know what I like, and I'll usually go for a Newcastle, Blue Moon, or Rogue Dead Guy.
A good friend of mine recently brought me a bottle of Kronenbourg Blanc from her trip to London, and it was quite tasty, albeit a tad on the fruity side. Unfortunately, I haven't found any bar, pub, or restaurant that carries it here in SoCal, nor have I found any store that sells it, so that's all the more reason for me to make a trip to London, or, better yet, to Strasbourg.
Other than lots of good red wine (which is a given), when we are out my standard is Vodka Gimlet with double Roses.
For brunch, I love Prosecco and whatever fruit juice I have on hand.
But most often at home... I drink my own homemade liqueurs: This winter I was on a punched up Brandy kick. My two favorites turned out to be Chocolate/Hazelnut Brandy & Honey/Walnut Brandy. My all time favorite is probably the crystalized ginger & rose syrup liqueur that I call Tokyo Rose. With spring arriving, the fruity liqueurs will start taking up space in my freezer. I just finished making a new batch of blueberry.

I hardly ever have cocktails nowadays, but my number one was always a Parrot. Some raspberry liqueur in a flute, topped with chilled champagne. Second favorite has always been a vodka gimlet, but there is no Rose's lime juice here.
Now that I'm eliminating sugary stuff from my diet, I can no longer enjoy what is one of my favorite cocktails:
Cable Car (Dave from San Diego – bartender at the Bellagio in Las Vegas)
25 mls. (3/4 oz.) Grand Marnier 45 mls. (1-1/2 oz.) Capt. Morgan Dark Spiced Rum 45 mls (1-1/2 oz.) Sweet & Sour Mix
Shake with ice cubes. Rim a martini glass by dipping the rim in Sweet & Sour mix and then into a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Pour into rimmed martini glass. Serve with a spiral of orange peel.
Ah, sitting at the Bellagio at dusk after a day of hiking at Red Rock Canyon or Valley of Fire, watching the dancing waters and enjoying a Cable Car.
Here's another all time favorite:
The Tequila Surprise: 1 Tequila 2 Tequila 3 Tequila FLOOR
A good white wine, dry and crisp... White merlot, even better! Any good French rose...hard to find here White rum sours Tanline, courtesy of my oldest granddaughter! Vin santo Dry apple cider, 'specially after mowing the lawn Blueberry tea on a cold winter's evening
As for liquers... Bailey's...great in hot chocolate Frangelico
Finally, Red Dubonnet on ice
And someday, I'm going to try an Irish Kitty~ 2 oz. Irish Whiskey 1/2 oz. Dubonnet Rouge 1/2 oz. Limoncello Pour ingredients into iced mixing glass. Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
I know, I know, it sounds dreadful, but, hey! An Irisher will try anything that makes Old Bushmill's tastier!
"Only Irish coffee provides in a single glass all four essential food groups: alcohol, caffeine, sugar, and fat." ~ Alex Levine Brenda
Drink #1: Frozen margarita - no salt, extra lime, with Sauza
Drink #2:Frozen Margarita same as above but I can accept a different tequila
Drink #3 : Frozen Strawberry Margarita - This is for when the bartender does not now how to make a good margarita. Somehow the strawberry balances out the in accurate pouring of the bartender.
