Hi all-

My husband built a brick pizza oven, prompted by our June trip to Italy Smile

One question, does anyone know where in (U.S.) to purchase Caputo 00 Flour?

I am pleased with our first pizza that we ate tonight, however, am anxious to try Caputo Flour...

MoJen-Your oven is beautiful!!! If I was still living in Mo I would ask if I could stop by and see it. Did you have plans to follow to build this?

Thank you Cindy...no real plans for the oven, however, he did purchase The Bread Builders book, Daniel Wing and Alan Scott to get the basic idea..I have photos from start to almost finished if you would like to see them.. Smile

MoJen-I looked at the photos you gave me the link to-they are great. Have a wonderful time cooking in your oven-I can't imagine how fun it will be to try all sorts of new things out. Tell your husband I said he did a fantastic job!

What is the difference between Caputo 00 flour and other brands? I brought some supermarket 00 home with me to use to fry vegetable as it is so light.
