Has anyone made Gina's Blueberry and Coconut tart or the Honey and Pine Nut tart. I need an impressive dessert for Wednesday night. I have made the lemon tart but the honoree does not like lemons.

I made the tart last year and posted a picture here. I liked the flavors and the caramel taste of the filling. My husband thought it was a bit heavy but he’s not really a fan of pine nuts. I think Kim also made the tart.

I made the Pinenut and Honey tart and is was quite wonderful. It was for a more than casual but less than formal birthday dinner party for a friend. There were two other couples and they loved it. It was pretty simple to do so I think I may make it my signature dessert.
