Pauline mentioned enjoying this type of squash in the group blog last month, so when I saw it at Whole Foods today, I bought one. But now, what do I do with it?
I ended up slicing it in half, and baking it at 350 (cut side down) for 30 minutes, then turned it, sprinkled one half w/ some brown sugar and drizzled maple syrup on the other half and baked another 25 minutes or so. Both were good .
