I finally have my copy of The Silver Spoon and I love this book!!!! There is nothing that is missing from this book regarding sauces, toppings and endless recipes with vegetables of ANY type. If you don't have this and love to cook Italian... get it!

I made a shrimp risotto from it last night and it was wonderful.

Now between this one and the Talismano, I am ready!!!!
