I have just set a "menù" for a dinner that will take place tomorrow. They wanted me to write (literally): «Petto di farona al lemon glass».

It was lemonn grass, but the menu was for an official dinner in Milano's oldest club (Società del Giardino) and perpared by their usual restaurant and catering service (Ristorante Liberty), which is a fully Italian restaurant.
