We enjoyed eating at La Vittoria when we were in Rome last April and plan on having at least one meal there when we return next week. It is located on Via delle Fornaci and from the outdoor table you even have a view of the windows of the papal apartment.

Simply family place is the "Goose" right under the arched bridge way that carries the trains into the station. Simple family meals if you leave hungry its your own fault. Lots of locals
closed early afternoon until evening trade.
