the message board has been the greatest gift and resource for me. thru this forum i have been able to put my daughter in touch with wonderful people in florence who have helped get a cell phone and welcome her to this new country while she is studying.
Everyone who has responded to my postings have been so friendly and helpful.
it has been the most enlightening experience and i have been sharing the benefits of this message board with friends family and co workers.

Thanks for the kind words Sydney!! This board has changed my travel life too. Now when I travel in Europe, I get to meet other travelers or people who live there and I know that if we were to run into problems and needed help, there would be someone I could contact locally. Plus, I hardly have to plan trips anymore - just read everyone's reviews and trip reports and use their trip plans.

The people on this board are very generous with their time and advice - and we all benefit!!
