I'm not familiar with the apartment - but am with the area.
It looks as if it is just a few doors down from Cantina Do Spade (a well known bar which seems to change hands quite often - am not sure if it's now open or closed). It also seems to be just around the corner from other well known cichetti bars like Do Mori, all' Arco, ai Storti and also in the calle behind osterie Da Pinto on the Campo De La Becarie.
We love this area - it's very, very close to the buzz of the Rialto fish and veg markets and a complete warren of atmospheric alleyways.
As Venexiananan says it might be an idea to ask about the noise levels but we always use this calle as a cut through on the way home to the apartment where we usually stay and , although, some of the bars are open into the evening we have never witnessed anything anywhere close to 'boisterousness'. (Indeed the area can seem quiet in the evenings as opposed to the mornings when the bars are open and busy with locals popping in for an 'ombra' and a bit of banter while doing their shopping). There is also a tiny little cobblers I think a few doors down ' Clinica della Scarpa'.
