hello, for some reason by mistake i clicked on edit of a post and I was would have been able to edit someone else's post,someone needs to fix this!!! I put this here to be seen quickly.

Further diagnostic:

On my system (Macintosh, Safari) although I get the eraser icon when the posts first appear, in a blink of an eye they disappear. I can, however, if I'm very fast, by pressing cancel immediately as it loads, get the eraser icon to stay up; and then, I can click on it. But I do get the message "You cannot change this post because you are not its author."

If anyone else is seeing the pencil erasers, post there. Bill, I noticed that too - they appear briefly.
