Doru, I see the page, but I don't really understand what it means: "Every tuesday, starting at 20z until 23.30z, most italian airports will be manned to provide a widespread radar coverage to your flight. You can find all charts of italian airprt at http://www.antoniogolfari.it/mappe.aspx "
The website is for the International Virtual Aviation Organization, which "supports the flight simulation community worldwide".
"Providing the Flight Simulation community a highly realistic aviation environment, is IVAO's prime objective"
So I'm guessing the radar announcement has nothing to do with actual airports, but rather takes place in a virtual world. Can we travel slowly in virtual Italy?

Don't get discouraged. As the site says, November 7, 2006 the Italy Online Day will start and afterwards every Tuesday, starting at 20 hours until 23.30 hours, most italian airports will be manned to provide a widespread radar coverage to your flight. You can find all charts of italian airports at http://www.antoniogolfari.it/mappe.aspx - Let's wait until Tuesday, Nov. 7 and see what happens. I posted this here because I thought it will be interesting, especially for the male slow travelers. If not, just ignore it or maybe a moderator will decide to delete it.
I will be watching it... I am very curious and if it is related to Italy, the better.
