I have long had a particular apartment "favorite" marked in Rome, and while looking at it again, I remembered a problem with an agency, possibly this one.

However, this agency is listed among the recommended on slowtrav's rental page, so maybe not.

I don't think this is the "problem" agency. I rented through Vacanza bella last summer and will again this summer. Have had nothing but excellent interactions with Daniel and Martha.
