Don't get me wrong. I love risks and adreneline more then most. I have had very hard hits to the head while skiing and kayaking that really shook me up. I couldn't imagine it without a helmet. Safety is always a priority for me. When I climb I double check my harness and all gear and then have my partner check it as well. It is one thing to take risks it is another to do it foolishly.

Don't worry. One thing is there being a law, another is the Italians following it ^______^. Yet, on such safety matters, I would like Italy to turn a bit more like the Usa. A couple days ago another biulding worker died because the scaffolding on which he was working collapsed. Almost 1900 workers died in similar accidents in Italy during the year that's almost over, most of them would still be amongst the living if safety rules had been applied.
