Can anyone recommend a reasonably-priced cooking school in Tuscany?

My budget won't be huge but I am looking for a school that offers week long live-in classes, perhaps with Italian Language classes as well...

ps: I will be there in September

Thanks

Ski Babe, Welcome to SlowTrav!

Spend some time over at the Italy section of the website. We have a page on Cooking Classes you may find helpful.
