I remember hearing a while ago that the bridge was covered in scaffolding and was closed to pedestrians. Does anyone know if work has been completed yet? We will be in Spoleto from June 4-15. Thanks in advance for your responses.

The bridge was still closed 6 months ago.

If you look at flickr.com, type Spoleto and bridge, and click to see the most recent photos, you will see photos taken of the bridge as recently as the end of April, with no scaffolding.

We were just there a couple of weeks ago and the bridge is open. There was a bit of construction on the far side.
