Is there anywhere on the net that tickets can be reserved? I have a telephone number but have not been able to find any other information.

www.selectitaly.com includes a reservation service for the Last Supper in Milan. If you're staying at a hotel, an alternative is to email or fax and ask them to make a reservation for you.
