Has anyone rented this apartment?

It is a fourth-floor walkup, but it does look bright and has ac (but no satellite tv). Always a trade off, yes? And I'd appreciate any suggestions for 2 bedroom, 1 to 2 bath, rentals in the centro storico. We're staying 3-4 nights. Thanks!

Hi Sera--I haven't rented this apartment, but I have booked an apartment through this agency for early February and discovered, after sending a credit card deposit, that the remainder of the rental had to be paid in cash, directly to the owner. I mention this as an FYI, as the website states "we accept Visa, etc...". Well, they do--but I mistakenly assumed I could use a credit card for the whole thing. The contact person did say they would (someday) clarify this on their site, and our correspondence has been pleasant and timely, so I'm hoping for the best...Regards--Pam

Just wanted to give this topic one more shot before I sent my deposit for this apartment. I did go throught the rental reviews but didn't see one for this particular apartment.
