I will be in Sorrento for 9 days alone and I'm considering renting a scooter. Has anyone done this? From whom should I rent? I am an experienced motorcycle rider/owner and think it would be handy to have some form of transportation since my hotel is a bit of a walk from the city center.

While I have not rented a scooter, it should be easy to do as there are several rental places about. Hotel Nice, off Corso Italia just below the train station, comes to mind.
