We'll be renting outside Florence in San Giovanni Valdarno near our home but the owner had also recommended the following
Bike Rental: Florence by Bike (www.florencebybike.it) and Bicycle Tuscany (www.bicycletuscany.com) provide great day trips around Florence and nearby(contact them before you go)

Welcome Mary Miller! I am sure you'll get a lot of information from this site.

I can't help you with your specific request; however, just a teensy request: Please type using punctuation or a cap every now and then. Your post is difficult to read (for me anyway) as it is typed as one big long sentence.

And, biking in Tuscany is very popular. I think I recall seeral posts regarding that subject. Have you searched using the find button?

I do not have personel experience with them but Cicloposse at http://www.cicloposse.com/was recommended to us. They are in Montepulciano and run one day bike trips.

Hi,

last year I created a page about biking in tuscany and a link page with many links to agencies organizing tours in different areas of Tuscany and interesting itineraries.

You can find the links section here

I will be biking in Tuscany in June. The company has arranged my accomodations and bike. They will move my luggage from place to place. Tim from Calgary has indicated he has biked Tuscany. If you read this Tim, any hints? I bike in Calgary as well.
