We plan on visiting Aliano as a followup to Carlo Levi's "Christ stopped at Eboli". As far as I know there is no hotel or B&B in Aliano. Does anyone have a lodging suggestion in a nearby town? I appreciate your help.

I don't have any suggestions, but what a fascinating book.

I am curious if Carlo Levi obscured the identities of the people in the book, or were they perfectly recognizable to anyone familiar with the town.
