We drove to Ravello one night in July 2001. We drove up and up and up some more. Just as you hit the town itself there is a fairly huge parking lot (pay) with lots of folk directing traffic to it. I don't think you can miss it. I would not try and cut it too close. Get there before the concert so you have time to wander. The lot was fairly full as we arrived which was close to dinner time (8pm or so) I don't know about the parking at hotels situation. Wine Notes* Tuscan Restaurant List* Wine, Opera & Food* Tripwords of wisdom to live by from Stephen Sondheim's The Frogs {The chorus is singing a prayer to Dionysus...} Dionysius "A hymm to me, the god of wine..." Xanthius (His slave) "I thought you were the god of drama?" Dionysius "I am the god of wine and the god of drama. A little wine will get you thru a lot of drama"

Hi Mckenna You might find this map useful. The large car park shown below the main square will be within 10 minutes walking distance of the Villa Rufolo. I have looked down on this car park from the square and there are quite a few steps to climb. You cannot drive through the Piazza Duomo. You have to drive round to get to this car park. We Stayed in Ravello last April and loved it. Make sure you make enough time to visit the gardens in the villa, which are lovely. Ciao! Ciao Mckenna, as Dean and Ricardo have posted there is only one car park in Ravello and on the night of the concert you will have no problems finding it. WWW.ravelloarts.org gives some basic information relating to the concerts. enjoy

I don't know which direction you are coming from. We were driving from Paestum and took the "backraod" over the mountain instead of the coast road. It was wonderful! We came into Ravello from the top and drove down to the parking lot that others have described.
