Mindy, I enjoyed your story (of the two of you) and many of your photos as well as your enthusiastic comments on what you saw. The style is more in the style of a personal photo album but it's a very nice look at the places you visited.

I got a good idea of the beauty you saw in the various places. Especially love Venice shots.

Please, please write reviews of the places you stayed including their web addresses for those of us who might want to splurge. I must say that the two of you don't look old enough to have been a couple since the 70's. Loved the blog and photos. I've seen those same very friendly olive fellows at the truffle festival in Norcia.

Evets- yes, Bob is one "smooth operator"- really a romantic, part of why we've been happily married for 28 years. I think meeting your spouse in Piazza San Marco also helps to always have a sense of magic in your marriage!
