Some time ago an ST recommended Your Nest in Rome as a great place to stay. I loved their website and have a reservation for October. However, having just read a thread about whether or not hotel reviews can be depended upon, I'm wondering if anyone has stayed at Your Nest recently. Opinions anyone?
JVP, unfortunatley, I couldn't find anything recent on the website for Your Nest. There was this previous discussion from 18 months ago: Cute B&B in Rome. Unfortunately, ophelia never came back to tell us if she stayed there and how it went.
Kim, thank you for your note. I'm optimistic about Your Nest. When they confirmed my reservation they sent a very cordial message urging me to contact them for a private driver, or arranging tours, or anything at all that would make my stay more enjoyable. Maybe it's all hype but certainly it was more personal than just a "yes, you are reserved" email. I'll submit a review when I return.
After vacationing in Italy for one month and returning to Rome for our last night we were warmly welcomed by the hosts. The room was clean and very nicely decorated. They recommended restaurants and arranged a taxi for our trip to the rome airport.
All positive. Enjoy your stay !!
