I will be taking the FM1 train from FCO into Rome to arrive in Trastevere. I am not sure which station to get off at. I do know to take the Tram 8 into Trastevere. Can anyone help me. I leave for Rome next week.

Trastevere station is the 6th stop on the FR-1 line after you leave FCO.

Thank you Fibonacci. That helps me immensely. Then I will have no problems getting to Trastevere now. Peace of mind knowing how.

I just downloaded newer maps from the ATAC website and it looks like Trastevere is the 7th stop rather than the sixth stop after leaving FCO.

I suggest you download the pdf map files from this site and make yourself copies. "Roma Centro" is particularly useful since it shows the different bus routes. "Linee Electriche" shows the routes of the small electric busses that travel around the historic center. "Metro and Ferrovie Regionali has the trains around Roma and "Roma Citta" is an large map (too big to print out, in my opinion) that shows Trastevre station and the Tram 8 route on the same map.

The stop before Trastevere is Villa Bonelli.

Yes, they've added a couple new stops on the line lately so I think it's probably the 7th rather than the 6th.
