My brother and I are both flying into the rome fiumicino airport arriving at terminal C. He is arriving an hour or so ahead of me on a flight from Tunisia and I am arriving on a flight from the US on United. What is a good place for us to meet at the airport? I was considering the baggage claim or outside of customs, but I don't know how easy it would be to find him there. Would appreciate any suggestions!

There's a Hilton attached to the airport where you could just meet in the lobby.

Welcome to SlowTrav. Once you exit customs (after baggage claim) into the arrivals hall, turn left and there's a café with tables on the right. From this page you can select the Terminal C arrivals area and get a picture with a panoramic view.

{ adr.it link changed in 2007 - fixing link }

Dear Andrew,
Thank you for the absolutely wonderful link to the airport. It's almost like being right there. And your travel page is full of great information. Thank you.

Except that the photos are old - the Tabacchi is closed and undergoing renovation. Still - the coffee shop is still there and is my suggestion as well.
