I know it isn't as popular here as in the States, but there's got to be something, right? I've heard about www.lastminute.it, but the trip I'm currently planning isn't last minute.

Thanks Wink Grin

I don't live in Italy but have you tried this web site?

I've used eviaggi.com. I think the rates were about the same as on the major American sites but you don't have to pay to ship the tickets, so just for that it worked out better. I wasn't looking at lastminute deals, though.

If you're under 26 (and sometimes, even if you're not), CTS might have some good deals. The have an office in L'Acquila:
Via degli Scardassieri 32
Telefono: 0862-414841

I haven't used any of those sorts of sites, but I bought tickets direct from Ryanair to go to the UK tomorrow - 57 euros roundtrip, including all taxes and fees! Impulse travel, here we come.

This is the travel agency I use. The website is pretty messy but full of very nice informations and useful links. They deliver your tickets at home. You pay through "bollettino postale".

They also have a newsletter with usually good offers. We went from Pisa to Toronto at the end of June with 340 euros per person. Very low fare comapred to the other prices in the same season. It was few days before Canada Day.
Definitely high season.

I also used eviaggi and was happy with it. The tickets arrived within a few days and like Steph said you don't have to pay an additional shipping fee.

Thank you everyone for your tips Smile

I needed a website that allows me to plan for flying into one city and out of another. A link on the Carnia site, www.bigliettoaereo.com , was just what I was looking for. Thanks again!

I am glad you liked it. I have been buying from them for the past four years and I think they have great offers most of the time.
