We,re alive and well in Montisi, but unable to blog for those of you following our trip. A quick internet cafe stop today, and I've been cooking up a storm beginning every AM at 6:00!
Hopefully Jerry made it on to blog from Siena today. Brad and I are in San G for a couple of hrs, then home to cook all day for tomorrow's party. The troops are eating well. and Gail will have food for all next week. It is great being here with Jerry, Paul, Sandi, Holly, and of course, Gail & John!
I have lots of food photos and recipes when I return on Monday! Ciao for now!

Palma, I hope you have a little time to put your feet up and soak everything in, not just the coffee!!!

Jerry is blogging!

Cristina, it's Jerry's loss - you will be the first person I contact the next time I am in Tuscany! (He probably could not spare a minute away from shopping - after all, he is Palma's twin, isn't he?)

Hey there Cristina,

Have you forgotten the greatest Tuscan GTG you organized with over 100 guests?

Palma--Thanks for posting. I've been checking your blog for updates frequently. Now I know not to get my hopes up.

Don't work too hard.

And don't forget I'll be waving at you from the plane.

Palma, I've also been watching your blog for updates, but I'll be patient now and wait for your photos and recipes next week.

Hope you're having a wonderful time in Montisi!

I have been checking for updates too. Although I am disappointed not to be getting daily updates like you did in Rome, I will try to be patient!

Hope the week is going smoothly and that everyone is having a ball!

Luckily the heat wave yesterday broke with some cool rain this morning, so I hope the party is a huge success!

Opps!

Hey, in my defence I did start that whole thread about coming into Siena on the 28th of May and parking at San Francesco! LOL We did so with NO problems.

One of the group in Montisi drove right up and around the Campo looking for parking. Eek Perhaps you saw her?

Hey Jerry, she was probably one of the 20 cars I saw inside the walls looking totally lost.

In the San Francesco thread you started I recommended the other parking lot with an escalator, Fontebranda, with google maps and all but you never replied back so I figured you went with S. Francesco and since I never park over there maybe we didn't apss each other.
