I know that Fontanarossa Airport is very close to the center of Catania but I am trying to find out which hotel might be most convenient to the airport for a client with an early morning flight.

There are several hotels in downtown Catania that are near the station, but the airport is a bit out of the way of any of them. I'll make some calls and do some scouting for you tomorrow.
