okay, I am getting an apartment for the previously posted question about hotels vs. apartment for a mid march trip to venice. now it's apartment vs. apartment. I'm not sure how to link + mac user.... Has anyone stayed at Sansoni? Sansoni
And the prices are 100euro for sansoni, 115euro for Ca' Rialto (per night, 4 nights). Almost around the corner from each other. Important point - sansoni dropped their price w/o asking 15 euro - I feel I can get it lower if I offer cash, but the other place I know is going to be good.....
Advice? Thanks

The Ca' Rialto looks far nicer than the Sansoni. And it's got a washing machine and a shower. That'd cinch it for me if I was choosing between the two.
I like Ca' Rialto better. Haven't been there but that place has character. I call it "La Boheme" apartment. I don't know why but every time I look at the pictures it reminds me of the opera, especially 'The Musical' version. Maybe because of the little balcony...? The other one doesn't have "personality" Are you aware that one is on the second floor and the other on the 4th floor though? Good luck with your decision

The stairs at Paola's place allow for you to eat that much more while in Venezia! It is a tight and twisty climb with each elvel being a flight of different materials, different height steps etc.
