sgroppino...unless you prefer Venetian spelling, which rarely if ever uses double consonants (calle...perhaps...but then they are not pronounced...).

A sgroppino is a Venetian drink made with vodka, procesco and lemon sorbet....with a touch of cream....at least many of the ones I have had...had some cream.

I love them!

As Venexiananan said, sgropino is probably an "italianization" of the dialect "sgropin", the way it's normally called in italian is spelled and pronounced with 2 p.
