I had never used any phone cards. I don't really call the US that much and just called from home. But while we were remodeling and had no home phone, I bought an Edicard after having read about them on SlowTalk.

I bought a 20 Euro card the first time and it worked fine and is a good deal. I just bought another 20 euro card not too long ago and still had about 600 minutes on it. I tried to make a call the other night and suddenly it said I had no more credit.

So I call the 199 number for customer service (not toll free!) and she went through a number of scenarios (are you sure it hasn't expired, etc) and finally told me she would send my case to the technical department. She told me to wait 12 hours and try again.

And after twelve hours, I did try again but only had 172 minutes. Frown

Am I just unlucky or has anyone else had this problem?

Steph

Strange! I have never had a problem like that before and it is the only card that I use. What is funny is that I didn't even know that it came in a 20 euro version. I thought it was only 5 or 10. One time I knew I had credit, but the phone told me it was expired. I called the customer service number and they told me the card was expired. I didn't realize there was a 90 day limit on the card. But, this does not seem to be the problem that you are having.
