Here is one of many questions I will have for those of you who have assimilated into Italian life: Do Italian newspapers have classified ads as we know them in the US?
If so, can someone help me take one out before I get there?

Thanks! Cat

Stafania:

In Firenze there is a weekly publications (think it is weekly) called La Pulce that has primarily classified, with some bigger quarter page ads. usually the listings are for work or selling/renting property or items. Most Italian newspapers really are quite small comparitive to their USA counterparts and are also focused along political spectrums or idealogy. I assume you are thinking about in the Roma region....anyone here know the name of the La Pulce equiv down there?
