I am traveling to Emilia-Romagna with 7 friends next spring. We would like to stay at Villa Gaidello. Would like to know if villa gaidello is ample enough to accommodate 7-8 people in one apartment with at least 2 bathrooms.
We would like to stay in the area, walk to town, purchase food at local markets, go home and cook dinner and enjoy the meal, wine and each other's company. Enjoy walks, wine again, art, music, culture, landscape, and antiques,... all of it.
We plan on visiting Bologna, Parma, Modena, Spilumberto, Brisighella, and Ravenna.
I welcome other suggestions, additions..... always looking for an amazing experience... which is everywhere.
Thank you.

And presumably you want to eat at the Villa. I believe it's main claim to fame is it's restaurant. ---Marlene

We've stayed there 3 times and loved it. They don't have an apt. for 8. You'll need 2 apartments, but they are next to each other . They'll get back to you shortly ,I'm sure. Only signora Bini's niece speaks English, so she'll reply to your email.
Great food ! I'm getting hungry.

as mentioned.. you will need more than one!
and one dinner there.... it is HUGE.. the women take your plates away ( about 7 of them stacked up when you arrive) in the buckets they use to harvest the grapes!

Signora Bini was the FIRST agritourism in Italy!

It looks like a wonderful place.... BUT if you stay there for your entire trip, you are going to spend a lot of time driving (and a lot of money on fuel and the highway).

If I were you, I would stay there for a week where you can check out Bologna, Modena and Parma (where in the world is Spilumberto). Then I would move on. I would find another place to stay closer to Ravenna. The best area would be in the hills just outside of Faenza or near Brisighella. From there you could explore Ravenna, Fazena, and Brisighella. Also close by are the charming towns, Terra del Sole, Castro Caro, Bertinoro and Dozza (where the Emilia Romanga enotecca is).

By staying at two different places, you wouldn't have to do so much driving.

I've been to Spilamberto. Garlic Man

We used to use Modena as a base, the Aunts live there. It's 17 kilometers from Modena.
