I did a search and only came up with this previous discussion:
Great Rentals. It looks like a listing site, which means there is no agency per se, you deal directly with the owners so quality can definitely vary from apartment to apartment.
Looking at
158173, I'm concerned b/c there is only pictures of one bedroom and one bathroom. It says it sleeps four but the table looks like it could barely fit two, and same with the "couch" which doesn't look at all comfortable. Lastly, it doesn't give a good indication on the location. There are no reviews for this property.
For property
81777 there are 5 good reviews (but I'm always skeptical of reviews posted on the listing site - would they publish a "bad" review?), again only photos of one bedroom (and no bathroom shots). I'm trying to place the location based upon the pictures, and I don't think it's a bad location, if they're accurate. The second bedroom can also be used as a "study." Often I find this means, it doesn't have a "real" bed but maybe a futon or one of those chairs that unfolds into a bed.
The third number you gave,
183317 is for a house in Colorado.
