Joanna's Dancing Man Does anyone else homeschool? What are the homeschooling laws in Italy? The DOD document says we must follow the rules of the country (if I read it correctly).

Any other home schoolers?

Hi sewandsew, you might want to check the two threads that recently discussed this topic.
Topic 1
Topic 2 Inside one of those threads is a link to a forum for homeschoolers in Italy which may be of help. You can homeschool here but you do have to follow the Italian testing schedule and could have visits by the school authorities. If you would like to discuss this topic more, please either contact Lynne(mama) or her forum (both links in the other thread).

Hi sew and sew, there is a huge group of homeschoolers with the US military in Naples. They have a really active support group. I wish I lived near them. E-mail me for more info at macrofamily@hotmail.com
