Does anyone know how to get to Portovenere from Levanto? I've tried a search on the train site and get an error message saying there is no station in Portovenere. I know there is a train to La Spezia, but is there possibly a bus that runs from La Spezia to Portovenere? At 14 km it's too long to walk..

There is no train station in Portovenere, but there are frequent buses that run from the center of La Spezia to Portovenere. The bus number is 11/P.

Here is a map that shows where the bus leaves from in La Spezia.



Depending on when you are going, there likely will be some type of boat service running from Levanto to Portovenere.
