Can anybody recommend a day spa to get a massage while in Cinque Terra?

Cinque Terre is a collection of small villages. It is not the type of area where you would find spas or resorts. You might be able to arrange a massage if you are staying at a larger hotel in Monterosso. There is a spa/wellness center at Grand Hotel Portovenere. I don't know if you have to be a guest of the hotel to use the spa. We do have a review on Slow Travel.
