Colder air during this week-end, and on monday morning light or even moderate snow should fall in many northern cities like Milan, Brescia, Mantua, Parma, Verona, Vicenza and lake Garda.
Already today the northernmost part of Lombardy, Trentino and Veneto are having some snowshowers from the Alps
I was just starting my packing list tonight and wondering what on earth to pack and how much of it as we've never travelled in winter! That surely looks chilly!

Yes it has become cold. High of 45°F tomorrow after a few days in the 60s. Did you get that wind yesterday? I coulda had windburn if I stayed out longer than a few seconds. Even the dogs ears were blowing. I see rain in the forecast for later next week, no snow tho...oh, how I wish.
Winter has turned the corner here in Greve, too. We have been enjoying the fireplaces to keep the chill out and have just now turned on the heat for the first time this season.
I would love some snow, especially for a white Christmas.
My husband took off for Zürich this morning and there was a dusting of snow on the Padano Flatlands going up to Malpensa and snow was lightly falling at the airport too. Here is it cold and damp, pt feels like snow might be coming....
Very cold here on the Tuscan/Umbrian border. This morning high winds and freezing rain then snow sighted this afternoon on Mount Certona and heading this way! Fire up those stufas, Brrrrr!
whoohoo, we had a light dusting of snow on the ground this morning. Just enough to make everything muddy, but I loved it. Bring it on (not likely, but hoping).
... the snow seems to stay away from Lake Como... the other day it snowed just south of Lecco and Como while we were enjoying a nice sunny day... wierd!!!
