Is anybody familiar with Plaza Bruchi in Siena? Any other suggestions for a B & B in the Tuscany area? I will be there in early June.
I will be traveling from Rome - should I rent a car somewhere and drive to the "Hill Cities" or rely on public transportation?

Thanks,
Pat

Hi Pat and welcome to SlowTalk!

You can find a review for that b&b HERE I have heard good things about it. Having a car would be great if planning on visiting other towns but you should know that cars are not allowed into the walled part of Siena unless they have special permits or with reservations at a hotel but only to drop off luggage. If you park outside the wallled area you coiuld easily walk in if you have wheels on your bags or take a taxi if not. Let us know if you need more info on Siena!
