Does anyone know of a gorgonzola producer that we cold visit this summer?

You could try to email the Consorzio per la tutela del formaggio Gorgonzola to ask whether any of the producers offers or accepts visits. Or email one or more of the producers (some of whom look like mass producers of Gorgonzola and practically every other Italian cheese...) directly.
