We will be based in Sorrento for a few days before heading to Sicily, and had originally planned to fly Naples to Catania, then depart from Palermo. Now, we're wondering if we should take the ferry from Naples/Sorrento to Messina or Catania (we will rent a car in Sicily). I've searched all the sites and can't find a ferry or hydrofoil from Sorrento to Sicily. Does this mean that we have to ferry from Naples to Sicily?
