I had a problem with booking tickets on the trenitalia.com website and they have suspended my account. They give a national call center no. 892021 to reactivate it, but i have tried various combinations of international and italian city codes to try to get through but all have only given me the message of number not recognised. Does anyone have a number to contact them from outside of italy? Please help!!

That number works only within Italy. Did you try an e-mail with an explanation? I have had success with them responding.

Thanks for the reply! I have tried emailing them but I haven't had any response yet. I' m not hopeful of getting a reply in time before our departure as their customer charter is to respond to email enquiries within 30 days! What sort of customer service charter is that!?!
