GAC - I read your great info on the train I thought I had it down pat until I tried to book my tickets tonight.
1. After selecting and clicked the promotion I didn't see Euro 29 listed. But with no picture just an x in the box for photo was this ....30 freedoms to travel Euro and the other one on the oter side of it.
When I choose that it wouldn't take it and I checked all my info was correct. Had the date April 19 for 2 people Genoa to Rome.
2. I clicked the window and middle seat. But I didn't know what to put in to the space for Carriage and seat number. What do I put there?
Are the promotions sold out? Could you check for me?

From what I see, a better deal is available. I selected the IC Plus leaving Genova P.P. at 12.52 on April 19. This shows specials in both columns: 30 and 60 on the left, 15 and 45 on the right. I selected 2 people at 15 euros, and it was available even in first class! I think the 29 minimum is for the Eurostar. The full fare on this IC Plus in second class is 31 and change. They let you fill in the carriage number in case you want to be near someone who's already reserved; otherwise you can leave it blank.
Andrew - Thank you BUT when I went in after receiving your message I still get the same ERROR message. 12:52 was also x which I think it means "sold out"
Thanks for the clarifyication I went back to the info on the Euro 29. Of course it's only for Eurostar.
