Weather.com is forecasting "light rain" or thunder showers or outright rain for much of next week, when I'm going there.

Will it make driving difficult?

Maybe there will be fewer daytrippers and parking might be more manageable?

Long hikes from parking into towns might not be fun ...

roads can get slippery!
and off the road more so.
I found a neighbors friend's van in the vineyards on the way home yesterday.

she had "slipped" on the mud coming downhill and around a corner and the van slipped into the ditch and went over to the vineyards. Theyw ere getting a tractor to pull her out!

Drive carefully... but today the sun is back and out splendid!

When it POURS on the highway, I often just pull over. ( if there is a place!)

Driving at night can be hard as there are no lights on the roads.

But all in all I ADORE driving here.
